Peachtree Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Progress from Pilates Mat classes to Pilates Allegro Reformeer classes. Three private sessions are recommended before progressing to group sessions. All Reformer classes are fee based and require a three day advance sign-up.
