Enrich your fitness experience with our diverse and innovative group fitness classes led by a staff of certified, educated, dynamic, and energizing instructors. From cardio to dance based classes, muscle conditioning and sports specific training, Boxing, Martial Arts and Mind-Body classes, we offer a wide array of options taught by leading fitness professionals at the top of their field.
Our group exercise studio is custom designed to maximize your experience; incorporating a floating wood floor, mood lighting, air flow and temperature control, the latest in audio equipment, and cutting edge equipment / accessories.
For the cycling enthusiast, our dedicated Cycling Studio is equipped with the original Schwinn Spinning bikes.
Team Training & Workshops
From Advanced Cycling workshops to Women’s Self Defense; from Boxing to Belly Dancing; from Speed Training to Advanced Yoga; Peachtree Center Athletic Club continually offers special workshops and presentations to either challenge you physically or further educate you in an intimate small group training format with a limited class size. Please refer to the club’s monthly event calendar for specific class offerings and times/dates.
Pilates
Our Pilates Program features a dedicated Pilates studio and offers both Pilates Mat classes(see group fitness schedule) and by appointment Private, Semi-private, and Group Training on state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including Cadillac’s, Reformers and more.
