Enrich your fitness experience with our diverse and innovative group fitness classes led by Peachtree Center Athletic Club’s educated, dynamic, and energizing instructors. From cardio-to-dance based classes, muscle conditioning and sports specific training, to Boxing, Martial Arts and MindBody classes, you have your choice of class offerings taught by fitness professionals at the top of their field.
Our group fitness studio is custom designed for a group exercise format, including specialized flooring, mood lighting, air and temperature control, stereo equipment and cutting edge group exercise equipment.
For cycling enthusiasts, our dedicated Cycling Studio are equipped with Spinner Pro Bikes.
PERSONAL AND TANDEM TRAINING
You pick the mode and the instructor – Yoga, Dance, Kickboxing, Water
Aerobics and more – and train individually or with a friend in our Personal
Training or semi-private Tandem Training programs. Our
Group Exercise Manager can help match you with an instructor who will best
help you meet your fitness goals.
TEAM TRAINING WORKSHOPS
From Advanced Cyling workshops to Women’s Self Defense; from Boxing
to Belly Dancing; from Triathalon Swimming Technique to Advanced Yoga; Peachtree
Center Athletic Club offers special workshops in an intimate small group
training format with a limited class size.
PILATES
Our Pilates Program features a dedicated Pilates studio and offers both
group Pilates Mat classes and Personal, Tandem and Team
Training on state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including a Pilates
