Peachtree Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Progress from Pilates Mat classes to Pilates Allegro Reformeer classes. Three private sessions are recommended before progressing to group sessions. All Reformer classes are fee based and require a three day advance sign-up.

MISSION:  To support research leading to a reliable screening test for ovarian cancer. Our signature cycling events inspire people to fitness while raising both funds and awareness for this important research.  www.ovariancycle.org.

Beginning March 17th, join us for Saturday Endurance Ride Training at 9:00 a.m.
1.5 hour ride increasing .5 hour each week for 6 weeks through April 21st
Weekly Ovarian Cycle Training Classes are also available for non-members
(members can take cycling classes whenever they are on the schedule):

Mondays, 12:15-1PM
Tuesday, 6:30-7:15AM
Wednesday, 6:30-7:30PM
Thursday, 6:30-7:15AM
All Saturday rides begin at 9:00AM
